ScrapeUnblocker Documentation

The Product Hunt plugin turns Product Hunt into structured JSON. It has four modes:

leaderboard - a day’s launches with name, tagline, votes, comments, topics and the daily, weekly and monthly rank. Pass a past date for a finalised, ranked board; today’s board is live and not ranked yet.
search - products matching a keyword.
topic - products under a topic slug such as artificial-intelligence.
detail - one product by slug, with its description, website, social links, review rating, followers, categories and latest launch.

No Product Hunt account or API token is involved.

Launches, search, topics and products

POST /products/producthunt

Field	Required	Notes
`mode`	no	What to fetch: `leaderboard` (default), `search`, `topic` or `detail`.
`query`	with `search`	Search terms, e.g. `ai chatbot`.
`date`	no	Leaderboard day as `YYYY-MM-DD` (`leaderboard` mode). Omit for today.
`topic`	with `topic`	Topic slug, e.g. `artificial-intelligence`.
`slug`	with `detail`	Product slug, e.g. `notion`.
`max_results`	no	Max products for the list modes (`leaderboard`, `search`, `topic`), `1`-`200`. Default `30`.
`proxy_country`	no	Proxy country the request is sent from (ISO-2). Best left blank: Product Hunt is global.

Field	Notes
`id` / `type`	Product Hunt’s launch id and the item type (`launch`).
`name` / `tagline`	Product name and its one-line pitch.
`slug` / `productSlug` / `productId`	The launch slug and the product it belongs to; pass `productSlug` as `slug` in `detail` mode.
`url`	The product’s Product Hunt page.
`votesCount` / `launchDayScore` / `commentsCount`	Upvotes, Product Hunt’s launch-day score and the number of comments.
`dailyRank` / `weeklyRank` / `monthlyRank`	Ranks on the daily, weekly and monthly boards (not set yet on today’s live board).
`topics`	Topic `id`, `slug` and `name`.
`thumbnail`	Product thumbnail URL.
`featuredAt` / `createdAt`	When the launch was featured and created.

Field	Notes
`websiteUrl` / `displayUrl`	The product’s own website.
`description` / `logo` / `image` / `screenshots`	Long description, logo and gallery images.
`reviewsRating` / `reviewsCount`	Product Hunt review rating (out of 5) and number of reviews.
`followersCount` / `postsCount` / `addonsCount`	Followers, number of launches and add-ons.
`social`	Website, X, app store and other social links, when the product lists them.
`categories`	Product Hunt categories with their pages.
`latestLaunch`	The most recent launch: name, tagline, launch number, state and dates.
`isTopProduct` / `isNoLongerOnline`	Product Hunt’s flags for a top product and a product that is gone.
