Connect ScrapeUnblocker to ChatGPT as a custom MCP connector so ChatGPT can fetch any web page through your own API key, past anti-bot protection.
ChatGPT reaches the same hosted MCP server as a custom connector.
Once it’s added, ChatGPT can fetch any page’s HTML, get AI-parsed JSON, run a
Google search, or list a page’s interactive elements - through ScrapeUnblocker,
bypassing anti-bot protection (Cloudflare, DataDome, PerimeterX, Akamai, Shape).
Set this up in ChatGPT on the web (chatgpt.com). The
connector screens are not available in the ChatGPT desktop app.
Open chatgpt.com in your browser, then go to
Settings → Plugins and turn on Developer mode (near the bottom of the
list; the toggle itself lives under Security & login).

Open New Plugin
Back in Plugins, click the + button (top right) to open New Plugin.
Fetch a page as clean Markdown, usually 2-25% the size of the HTML.
fetch_parsed
Fetch a page and return AI-parsed structured JSON.
google_search
Run a Google search and return organic results as JSON.
search_and_read
Search Google and read the top 1-5 results as Markdown in one call.
list_elements
List a page’s interactive elements (buttons, inputs, links, forms) with ready-to-use selectors.
browse_page
Run browser steps on a page (click, type, select, scroll, wait), then return the resulting HTML. The one tool not marked read-only, because it acts on the website.
list_plugins / run_plugin
Find and run any of the 100+ site plugins; the 15 most-used are also tools of their own.
No “Plugins” or “Developer mode” in Settings - you’re likely in the ChatGPT
desktop app. Open chatgpt.com in a browser instead.
